高校科研人员是高校推动创新型国家建设过程中的关键力量。在当前高校科研人员创新动力不足的背景下,借助扎根理论探究高校科研人员的创新动力因素,构建高校科研人员创新动力的“能力-动机-情境”模型,包括创新能力、创新需要、创新诱因和创新情境4个主范畴及其对应的16个子范畴。以期为如何推动高校科研人员创新提供理论依据。

University scientific research personnel are the key force in the process of promoting the construction of innovative country. Under the background of the lack of innovation motivation of university scientific research personnel at present, this paper probes into the innovation driving factors of university scientific research personnel with the help of the grounded theory, and constructs the "capability-motivation-situation" model of the innovation driving factors of university scientific research personnel, including four main categories of innovation ability, innovation needs, innovation incentives and innovation situation, and its corresponding 16 subcategories. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis for how to promote the innovation behavior of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities.
