Abstract:Distributed Energy Station is a key project that government promotes hardly during the 13th Five-Year Plan in our country. It is estimated that, by 2020 the installed capacity of distributed energy station will reach 15 million kW. This thesis takes distributed energy station project of a hospital as an example, explores some important and difficult problems about the design of distributed Energy Station Project system and creatively proposes corresponding solution. This research adopts hourly load coefficient method to predict cooling, heating and electrical load of the hospital reasonably. Combining gas engine, waste heat utilization equipment and Peak-shaving equipment, the installation scheme not only satisfies user"s load demand, but also avoids the common failing about excessive installed capacity of prime mover. Moreover, the research legitimately estimatesSenergy consumption and EEI of this project inStermsSofSdemand-side and averts the difficulty that the calculation of EEI from supply-side needs to set up lots of load adjustment coefficients.
