摘要:

构建创新创业教育生态系统是在新产业革命背景下高校以应用新技术为导向助推国家实施创新驱动战略和地方促进产业升级、新旧动能转化的重要选择和途径。浙江具有构建创新创业教育生态系统的良好的政策条件、创新环境和经济基础，在此基础上，以应用新技术为背景，高校构建创新创业教育生态系统的关键在于把握宏观、中观、微观三个层面中各个要素的协同机制和激发各主体的创新动力，优化创新创业教育生态系统的支撑体系，助力地方科技创新和社会经济发展。

Abstract:

Constructing innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem is an important choice and way for colleges and universities to promote the implementation of innovation-driven strategy and local promotion of industrial upgrading and transformation of new and old kinetic energy under the background of new industrial revolution.Zhejiang Province has good policy conditions, innovative environment and economic basis for building an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.On this basis, with the application of new technology as the background, the key to the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges and universities lies in grasping the coordination mechanism of each factor in the macro, meso and micro levels and stimulating the innovation motive of each subject, optimizing the support system of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem, and helping local science and technology innovation and society Economic development.
