资源拼凑、双元创新能力与企业商业模式创新的关系研究

摘要:

基于拼凑理论探讨资源拼凑、双元创新能力对企业商业模式影响的结构方程模型,并且结合271家涉及陕西、浙江、成都、甘肃、青海等地的高技术企业的样本数据,实证分析结果表明,资源拼凑分别对新颖型模式创新和效率型模式创新具有显著的正向影响；资源拼凑对企业双元创新能力具有显著的正向影响；渐进性创新能力对新颖型模式创新的影响不显著,但是对效率型模式创新具有显著的正向影响；突破性创新能力分别对新颖型模式创新和效率型模式创新具有显著的正向影响。中国企业在创新过程中需要重视资源拼凑的巧妙组合和重新排列,才能提升双元创新能力,在技术革新非常快的环境下,有效利用好手头的资源进行创新,获得与之相匹配的商业模式是每个企业应该追求的。企业不仅能够在短期内获取较好的绩效和市场规模,在长期发展中可以获得新颖型的商业模式。

Abstract:

On the base of the Bricolage theory to discuss the structural equation model of the resources bricolage, dual innovation ability impact on the enterprise business model innovation , and combining with 271 involved in the place of Shaanxi, Zhejiang, Chengdu , Gansu, Qinghaiof high technology enterprise’s sample data. The empirical analysis results show that the resources bricolage on the new model of innovation and efficiency respectively model innovation has significant positive influence; Resource bricolage has significant positive influence on enterprises" dual innovation ability. The progressive innovation ability has no significant influence on the innovation of new business model innovation, but it has significant positive influence on the innovation of efficiency model. The ability of breakthrough innovation has significant positive effects on innovation and efficiency. In the process of innovation, Chinese enterprises need to pay attention to the ingenious combination and rearrangement of resources, so as to improve the ability of dual innovation. In the environment of rapid technological innovation, it is necessary for every enterprise to make effective use of the resources at hand for innovation and obtain a matching business model. Enterprises can not only obtain better performance and market scale in the short term, but also obtain novel business model in the long term development.
