Abstract:Industrial big data is the core driving factor for realizing “Industry 4.0”and “Made in China 2025”. This paper studies the issues about how Chinese manufacturing enterprises innovate and transform intelligently in the context of industrial big data from change management view, which lays a theoretical foundation for successful implementation of industrial big data in China’s manufacturing industry. By means of literature analysis method, this paper explores the technological, individual and organizational changes that caused by the application of industrial big data in China’s manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, obstacles affected by a series of changes are also investigated. In order to solve the resistance in the implementation of industrial big data, four types of intervention are proposed and a change management model for manufacturing enterprises is developed in this paper. The results can provide theoretical basis and reference for the information construction of manufacturing enterprises based on industrial big data.
