Abstract:Being an important and weak branch on intellectual capital research, there are a few researches on intelligence capital evaluation of innovation team, especially radical innovation team. Based on existing literatures, the concept of intellectual capital of radical innovation team is defined. Combined with previous researches and results of qualitative interviews in the previous period, the formation dimensions and the measurement indicators of each dimension are determined, which are the theory construction. Then the reliabilities and validities have been tested from four aspects which are internal consistency, convergent validity, discriminant validity and nomological validity. Finally, we developed a breakthrough innovation team with high reliability and validity of intellectual capital scale. a multi-dimension scale is developed on intelligence capital on radical innovation team, which has good reliabilities and validities. Findings of the study indicate that the scale of intellectual capital of radical innovation team consists of three dimensions which are team human capital, team relationship capital and team structure capital and 14 measurement indicators.
