全球化语境下我国研究型大学与跨国企业科技创新合作研究

Research on Scientific and technological Innovation Cooperation between Research Universities and multinational Enterprises in the context of Globalization

摘要:

全球化语境下我国研究型大学与跨国企业科技创新合作的现状和发展趋势，分析了科技创新合作的运行机理，归纳总结出目前我国研究型大学和跨国企业科技创新合作的典型模式包括技术研发、科技成果转移转化和人才交流与培养三个方面。本文同时研究了影响双方科技创新合作成效的11个关键因素，并以技术研发合作为例，分析其合作模式的选择策略，对我国教育主管部门和高校开展国际科技创新合作提出相关意见建议。

Abstract:

With the globalization of research and development, the international scientific and technological innovation cooperation of China''s research universities is also increasing. By means of investigation and data analysis, this paper discusses the status and development trend of scientific and technological innovation cooperation between research universities and multinational enterprises in the context of globalization, analyzes the operational mechanism of scientific and technological innovation cooperation, and sums up the typical model packages of scientific and technological innovation cooperation between research universities and multinational enterprises in China. It includes three aspects: technology research and development, transformation and transfer of scientific and technological achievements, and talent exchange and training.This paper studies 11 key factors that affect the effectiveness of the cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, and takes the cooperation in technological research and development as an example, analyzes the strategy of choosing the cooperation mode, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation between China''s education authorities and universities.
