农业科技有效供给策略研究_*——基于京津冀地区农业科技供给跟踪调查

Strategy study on effective supply of agricultural science and technology-Based on the Tracking Survey of agricultural science and technology supply in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

摘要:

采用问卷调查的方式,对京津冀地区农业科技供给服务进行跟踪调查。利用调查数据深入分析了该地区农业科技供给、采纳现状及相关影响因素和应用效果。结果表明：农业科技供给重产中轻产后、重生产轻经营、重技术轻市场特征明显,在供给内容和渠道上均存在错位。网络供给渠道建设不完善、科技需求者知识水平不高,对农业技术或产品了解不足。针对以上问题,给出了推进该地区农业科技有效供给的策略,为其他地区农业科技供给效率提升提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:

This paper gave a tracking survey of agricultural science and technology supply services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by using the questionnaire Investigation. The date is used to analyze the present situation of agricultural science and technology supply and adoption, as well as the relevant influencing factors and application effects, in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Conclusion showed that agricultural science and technology supply has obvious characteristic of heavy production and light postpartum, heavy production and light management, and heavy technology and light market. Meanwhile, there are dislocations in the content and channels of supply. The construction of network supply channels is not perfect. The knowledge level of science and technology demanders is not high, and they do not know enough about agricultural technology or products. According to the above problems, the paper gave some policies to promotive the effective supply of agricultural science and technology. All the policies will give references for other areas" Innovation of agricultural science and technology supply.
