    摘要:

    论文基于压力-状态-响应模型(PSR)框架模型,构建生态环境综合评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型,对2010-2016年长江经济带各省市生态环境压力、状态和响应子系统耦合协调性进行探讨,并利用面板计量模型实证分析协调发展度各因素影响的显著性和差异性。研究结果表明:(1)从各省市看,耦合度除上海出现下降外,其余省市都呈现波动上升态势,耦合类型主要处于磨合阶段和高度耦合阶段;协调发展度除上海和云南出现下降外,其余省市也都呈现波动上升态势,协调发展等级主要集中在中度协调类。(2)从各区域看,协调发展总体上呈现“中部区域大于东部区域大于西部区域”的空间特征。(3)从区域整体看,耦合度和协调发展度都波动上升;协调发展主要制约因素为生态环境响应和压力。论文研究不仅丰富了生态环境耦合协调发展理论,也拓展了研究对象,主要结论对于生态环境子系统间协调发展,具有重要的理论和实践意义。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological environmental quality based on the pressure-state-response model (PSR) framework model, and by using the coupling coordination degree model, coupled coordination of ecological environment pressure, state and response subsystem of the Yangtze river economic belt In 2010-2016 are discussed, and further uses the panel econometric model to analyze the significance and difference of the affecting factors. The results show that: (1) From the various provinces and cities, the coupling degrees in most provinces and cities show the trend of fluctuation, while the decline in Shanghai, the coupling type is mainly in the stage of grinding and high coupling; The coordinated developments in most provinces and cities also show a rise in volatility, while Shanghai and Yunnan decline, and the coordinated development level mainly concentrates in the moderate coordination class. (2)From all regions, the coordinated development presents the spatial difference characteristics of “the central region greater than the eastern region greater than the western region”.(3)From the region as a whole, the degree of coupling and coordination development fluctuates; And the main constraints of coordinated development are ecological environment response and pressure level. The research not only enriches the theory of coupling and coordinated development of ecological environment, but also expands the research object. The main conclusions have important theoretical and practical significance for the coordinated development among ecological environment subsystems.
