University patent transfer, licensing status, challenges and Suggestions for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要:

本文对粤港澳大湾区高校专利权(申请权)转移、许可情况现状及地域分布情况进行研究分析,粤港澳大湾区内高校专利权转移、许可较为活跃,为区域经济发展形成创新支撑,但与湾区内高校雄厚的研究实力以及湾区建设国际科技创新中心的需求还不相匹配,建议粤港澳大湾区提高高校高价值专利产出,完善高校专利转化运用机制,建立良好的专利转移、许可环境,充分利用湾区优势资源,为湾区新兴产业发展提供创新源泉和动力。

_{：This research analyzed patents right transfer, licensing condition and the regional distribution for universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Ｒesults show that,The patent right transfer and license of universities in the greater bay area is active, which supports innovation for regional economic development. However, it does not match with the strong research strength of universities in the bay area and the demand of the bay area to build an international science and technology innovation center. It is suggested that the guangdong-hongkong-macaobay area should improve the university patent output, improve the university patent transformation and application mechanism, establish a good environment for patent transfer and licensing, make full use of the advantageous resources of the greater bay area, and provide the source and power of innovation for the development of emerging industries in the bay area.}
