在以顾客为主导的市场下,顾客参与为企业提供了大量创新性信息,有利于企业创新活动的开展。本文在分析顾客参与如何影响制造企业-供应商知识转移的基础上,建立了系统动力学模型,并使用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真来检验模型的有效性和灵敏度,从知识转移过程和结果两方面验证了顾客参与有利于制造企业-供应商知识转移。研究结果可以为企业推行顾客参与,促进制造企业-供应商知识转移提供建议。

In a customer-driven market, customer participation provides a large amount of innovative information for the company, which is conducive to the development of corporate innovation activities.Based on the analysis of how customer participation affects the manufacturing enterprise-supplier knowledge transfer, this paper establishes a system dynamics model.And the simulation was carried out using Vensim PLE software to verify the validity and sensitivity of the model.From the knowledge transfer process and the results, it is verified that customer participation is beneficial to manufacturing enterprise-supplier knowledge transfer.The research results can provide advice for companies to promote customer engagement and promote manufacturing-supplier knowledge transfer.
