Abstract:In the context of the social development of the sharing economy, value-driven has become an important guide to the transformation of enterprises, reflecting the changes in the new management model of enterprises, which has an important impact on the improvement of corporate innovation performance and development prospects.With the help of stakeholder theory, through the survey of employees in manufacturing enterprises in the Chinese context, the perspective of multi-inclusive and transformative leadership is introduced, and the structure-model model is constructed to explore the mechanism of value-driven innovation performance. The study finds that value-driven has a positive impact on multi-inclusiveness; multi-inclusive directly affects corporate innovation performance; value-driven has a positive effect on corporate innovation performance; multi-inclusiveness plays a partial role in the relationship between enterprise value-driven and innovation performance transformational leadership has a positive impact on diversity and corporate innovation performance, and plays a role in regulating the role of value-driven, multi-inclusive and innovative performance. The research conclusions have positive theoretical and practical guiding significance for promoting the value-driven concept transformation of manufacturing enterprises and the improvement of transformational leadership, the construction of multi-inclusive systems and the improvement of corporate innovation performance.
