Abstract:In order to adapt to the rapid development of power transmission and transformation projects, improve the emergency response capability of power transmission and transformation projects, and reduce the losses caused by accidents, the Cone-ANP was introduced into the evaluation of emergency response capability of power transmission and transformation projects. Firstly, according to the characteristics of power transmission and transformation project and general emergency theory, and through consulting literature and visiting experts,16 three-level indicators were finally determined; Then, according to the general structure of the tip cone network analysis method, an assessment model for the emergency response capability of the power transmission project is constructed, and the SD software is used to calculate the membership degree vector of each index; Finally, the assessment results of the emergency response capacity of transmission and transformation projects are obtained through quantitative calculations, and corresponding correction measures are proposed.
