摘要:

科技资源共享中科技资源的利用率低、服务体系不完善、服务机制缺乏，是科技资源共享平台面临的重要问题。本文在充分分析我国科技资源共享的现状和问题后，对科技资源共享服务流程进行了创新，从用户需求获取、识别与匹配和服务对接等方面进行了完善，提出了四个科技资源共享服务中的保障机制，并进一步完善了科技资源共享平台服务模式。以此能促进科技资源共享平台的规范化管理，提高科技资源共享效率，最终提高科技成果的转化效率。

Abstract:

The low utilization rate of science and technology resources, imperfect service system and lack of service mechanisms in the science and technology resource sharing are important issues that the science and technology resource sharing platform faced. After fully analyzing the status quo and problems of science and technology resource sharing in China, this paper innovated the technology resource sharing service process, and improved the user demand acquisition, identification and matching and service docking. Finally proposed four security mechanism for technology resource sharing services and further improved the service model of the science and technology resource sharing platform. In this way, it can promote the standardized management of the sharing platform, improve the efficiency of resources sharing, and finally improve the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.
