Abstract:Industrial generic technological innovation concerns the development of front-end industries and the core competence of national economy. Since industrial generic technological innovation has basic features like high cost, high risk and environmental externality, the bounded rationality and heterogeneity of resource endowment of core enterprise and middle and small-sized enterprise make the game behavior of both parties in the innovative collaboration. In this paper, we introduce key parameters such as government subsidy, resource ownership, carbon price, resource interaction coefficient to build an evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation among the government, industry, institutions and researches of industrial generic technology under the heterogeneity of enterprise resource endowment. And we adopt evolutionary phase diagram and numerical simulation methods to analyze each parameter’s effects on enterprise’s strategy making. The evolutionary characteristics and changing rules of this game system of industrial generic technological collaborative innovation are presented. Finally, we propose some advice and countermeasures to facilitate enterprise collaborative innovation under the heterogeneity of resource endowment.
