摘要:

旨在探究美国社会资助创新的研究计划、发展脉络及创新集群，以美国国家科学基金（NSF）数据库中奖助创新的期刊文献为研究对象，运用知识图谱文献计量方法进行基础文献统计分析。研究发现：（1）NSF奖助的研究计划主要集中于三类：中小企业发展;人工智能；新能源。（2）发展脉络顺序：发展中小企业；环境与人工智能；超算与新能源。（3）四大集群分别是：教育创新集群，系统科学创新集群，工程项目创新集群和创新训练集群。以期为我国的创新战略提供参考和启发。

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to explore the research programs, development contexts, and innovation clusters of American social awards for innovation, research on the journal articles of the National Science Foundation (NSF) database, using the knowledge map bibliometric method to conduct basic literature statistical analysis. The study found: (1) The NSF award-winning research program focuses on three categories: SME development; artificial intelligence; new energy. (2) Development context: developing small and medium-sized enterprises; environment and intelligence; super-calculation and new energy. (3) The four major clusters are: education innovation cluster, system science innovation cluster, engineering project innovation cluster and innovation training cluster. This paper aims to provide reference and inspiration for China's innovation strategy.
