京津冀地区城市生态文明建设效率测评及影响因素分析

Evaluation of Urban Ecological Civilization Construction Efficiency and Analysis of Influencing Factors in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

摘要:

以京津冀地区13城市为研究对象,运用三阶段DEA模型对13城市的生态文明建设效率进行测评,并采用Tobit分析法对影响城市生态文明建设效率的因素进行回归分析。研究表明：2010-2017年京津冀地区生态文明建设效率呈“N”型的上升态势,年增长率为1.03%,除北京的生态文明建设效率一直处于效率前沿外,其他城市均有一定的起伏。外部环境因素对城市生态文明建设效率的测评影响显著,消除外部环境因素后的城市生态文明建设效率值更加真实有效。经济、社会、政策因素对城市生态文明建设效率的影响各有不同,各影响因素对城市生态文明建设效率的作用机理存在一定差别。

Abstract:

In 13 the city of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as the research object, using the three stage DEA model of 13 ecological civilization construction, and using the Tobit analysis method of regression analysis on the influencing factors of ecological civilization construction. Research shows that: the rise of 2010-2017 in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region ecological civilization construction efficiency showed "N" type, the annual growth rate of 1.03%, in addition to the efficiency of ecological civilization construction in Beijing has been in the forefront of efficiency, other city has some ups and downs. The external environmental factors have a significant impact on the evaluation of urban ecological civilization construction efficiency, and the efficiency of urban ecological civilization construction after the elimination of external environmental factors is more real and effective. Economic, social and policy factors have different impacts on urban ecological civilization construction efficiency, and there are some differences between different factors affecting the urban ecological civilization construction efficiency.
