以京津冀地区13城市为研究对象,运用三阶段DEA模型对13城市的生态文明建设效率进行测评,并采用Tobit分析法对影响城市生态文明建设效率的因素进行回归分析。研究表明：2010-2017年京津冀地区生态文明建设效率呈“N”型的上升态势,年增长率为1.03%,除北京的生态文明建设效率一直处于效率前沿外,其他城市均有一定的起伏。外部环境因素对城市生态文明建设效率的测评影响显著,消除外部环境因素后的城市生态文明建设效率值更加真实有效。经济、社会、政策因素对城市生态文明建设效率的影响各有不同,各影响因素对城市生态文明建设效率的作用机理存在一定差别。

Economic, social and policy factors have different impacts on urban ecological civilization construction efficiency, and there are some differences between different factors affecting the urban ecological civilization construction efficiency.
