摘要:

【目的/意义】随着网络平台经济环境下知识产权服务业新形态的发展，提升其服务价值的评估准确性和定价合理性，有利于释放网络平台服务交易潜力。本文聚焦于平台交易中的专利价值评估问题，为该领域今后的理论研究提供参考，对我国知识产权网络平台服务生态体系的完善具有一定现实意义。【方法/过程】采用文献计量、社会网络分析、对比分析、归纳总结等方法梳理专利价值评估的国内外相关文献，明确该领域的研究热点并分别对其进行分析。【结果/结论】（1）专利价值评估领域的研究热点集中在专利价值的内涵、评估指标体系、评估方法三方面；（2）专利价值内涵的观点分为狭义和广义；（3）专利价值评估指标体系的研究视角由单维度发展到多维度；（4）专利价值评估方法包括三大类，其研究呈现与时俱进的特点；（5）探寻精准的专利价值评估方法，构建基于行业特征的专利价值评估体系，开发专利价值评估的智能化系统是该领域未来的研究方向。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】With the development of the new form of intellectual property service in the economic environment of the network platform, improving the evaluating accuracy and pricing rationality of its service value are beneficial to release the potential of the network platform service transaction. The paper focuses on the evaluation of patent value in the platform trading, and provides a reference for the future theoretical research in this field, and has a certain practical significance for the improvement of China''s intellectual property network platform service ecosystem. 【Method/process】By means of literature measurement, social network analysis, comparative analysis, summary and so on, the relevant literatures at home and abroad of patent value evaluation are reviewed, and the research hotspots in this field are clearly defined and analyzed respectively. 【Result/conclusion】（1）The research hotspots in the field of patent value evaluation focuses on three aspects, which are the connotation of patent value, the evaluation index system of patent value and the evaluation method of patent value;（2）The views of the connotation of patent value are divided into narrow and broad sense;（3）The research perspective of the evaluation index system of patent value is developed from single dimension to multi dimension; (4) The method of patent valuation includes three major categories, and its research presents the characteristics of keeping pace with the times;（5）To explore the accurate evaluation method of patent value, to construct the patent value evaluation system based on industry characteristics and to develop an intelligent system for the evaluation of patent value are the future research directions in this field.
