本文建立互利共生、偏利共生以及竞争共生三种演化模型,分析了高新技术产业集聚区生态系统的主体集聚演化机理;建立熵变模型,分析了生态系统整体演化机理;依据生命周期理论,揭示了高新技术产业集聚区生态系统各阶段演化动力与机理。发现:(1)互利共生条件下, 高新技术供给群落与需求企业群落共生后的产出大于共生前的产出。(2)偏利共生条件下,配套企业的产出水平会大于企业独立运作时的产出水平。(3)适度竞争有利于维持创新生态系统主体的竞争共生。在此基础上提出有效促进高新技术产业集聚区可持续发展的政策建议。

This paper establishes three evolutionary models of mutual benefit symbiosis, partial symbiosis and competition symbiosis, and analyzing the main body agglomeration evolution mechanism of high-tech industrial agglomeration ecosystem; establishes an entropy change model and analyzing the overall evolution mechanism of ecosystem; based on life cycle theory, revealing the evolution dynamics and mechanism of various stages of ecosystems in high-tech industrial clusters. Finding: (1) Under the condition of mutual benefit and symbiosis, the output of the high-tech supply community and the demand enterprise community after symbiosis is greater than the output before the symbiosis. (2) Under the condition of partial symbiosis, the output level of supporting enterprises will be higher than the output level when enterprises operate independently. (3) Moderate competition is conducive to maintaining the competitive symbiosis of the main body of the innovation ecosystem. Based on this, the paper puts forward policy recommendations to effectively promote the sustainable development of high-tech industrial clusters.
