Construction of Cross-border Ecommerce Ecosystem Dominated by Logistics Enterprises: multi-case study

摘要:

采用多案例研究的方法，从跨境进口物流和跨境出口物流两个角度，探讨物流企业主导型跨境电商生态系统构建路径，并揭示物流企业主导型跨境电商生态系统的一般演化规律。研究发现：物流企业主导型跨境电商生态系统可分为物流企业主导的融合型跨境电商生态系统和物流企业主导的独立型跨境电商生态系统；跨境电商平台是物流企业主导型跨境电商生态系统的核心物种，其产生的新的资源及需求是系统演化发展的动力；物流企业主导型跨境电商生态系统的演化路径是：量贩式微利发展阶段-嵌入式服务增值阶段-集成式综合服务阶段，随着发展阶段的演进，物流企业与跨境电商生态系统中其他物种的关系日渐紧密。

Abstract:

Using multi-case research methods, from the perspective of cross-border import logistics and cross-border export logistics, explore the path of logistics-oriented cross-border e-commerce ecosystem construction, and reveal the general evolution of logistics-oriented cross-border e-commerce ecosystem law. The research finds that the logistics-oriented cross-border e-commerce ecosystem can be divided into a converged cross-border e-commerce ecosystem led by logistics enterprises and an independent cross-border e-commerce ecosystem led by logistics enterprises; the cross-border e-commerce platform is a logistics enterprise. The core resources of the dominant cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, the new resources and demand generated by it are the driving force for the evolution of the system; the evolution path of the logistics-oriented cross-border e-commerce ecosystem is: the stage of mass-marketing and low-profit development-embedded Service value-added stage - integrated integrated service stage, with the evolution of the development stage, the relationship between logistics enterprises and other species in the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem is getting closer.
