1978-2017年我国与主要科技强国专利产出发展态势分析

Research on the Patent Output of China and Major Science and Technology Power from 1978 to 2017

摘要:

改革开放40年来,我国专利事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。本文从专利产出视角对我国改革开放40年来专利产出取得的成就及存在的问题进行系统分析,并与美国、英国、日本、法国、德国等主要科技发达强国进行横向对比分析。研究结果表明,随着1984年我国颁布实施《中华人民共和国专利法》以来,我国专利事业发展进入快车道。我国专利总量已经远远超过美国、英国、日本、法国、德国等主要科技发达强国,但就PCT专利而言,我国PCT专利仅占专利总量的1%,说明我国申请专利整体整理不高。

Abstract:

The China’s scientific and technology have made a remarkable achievements over the past 40 years of reform and opening up. The paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of scientific and technological output in China during the past 40 years based on patent, and compare with United States, United Kingdom, Japan, France and Germany. The result showed that the total number of patents in China has far surpassed that of major developed countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, France, and Germany since the implementation of the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China in 1984. However, China"s PCT patents only account for 1% of the total number of patents.
