新型医联体的科研成果信息库设计与实现—基于“医健云”平台

摘要:

科技创新已是医联体发展的核心，在不断产出科研成果的同时如何使其得到高效利用更是医联体科研水平提升的关键。笔者首次提出以高校联合传统医联体构成“新型医联体”，以高校带动医联体极大提升其科研实力，同时基于“医健云”平台构建科研成果信息库，实现新型医联体科研成果的充分利用，为科研人员以及社会公众提供更便捷而高效的服务。

Abstract:

Scientific research innovation has been the core of the development of the medical alliance, how to take full advantage of the scientific research achievements while constantly producing is the key to improve the scientific research level of the medical consortium. The author first proposed university unite traditional medical form “new-type medical alliance”, made the university greatly improve its scientific research strength, and at the same time, built scientific research achievements information database which based on “medical health cloud” platform, realized the fully use of scientific payoffs, provided more convenient and efficient service for scientific researchers and the public.
