院校与政府共建型新型研发机构建设发展模式探索 ——以华中科技大学无锡研究院为例

Exploration on the Construction and Development Pattern of Innovative Research and Development Institutes Co-established by Institution and Government: Take Huazhong University of Science and Technology-Wuxi Research Institute as an Example

摘要:

新型研发机构作为“政产学研”协同创新的新模式，在推动传统产业转型升级、加速科技成果转换和促进科技进步中发挥了重要作用。然而，新型研发机构的建设发展目前尚缺乏系统、成熟的具体指导。因此，本文从“政产学研”深度融合的视角，以华中科技大学无锡研究院为例，探索院校与政府共建型新型研发机构的建设发展模式—“技术立院”，即通过弥补高校技术成果到产业化之间的断层，实现科研成果到产业支撑引领的转变，从而为其他新型研发机构的建设发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:

As a new pattern of collaborative innovation among governments, enterprises, universities, and research institutes, innovative R&D institutes have played an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, accelerating the industrialization of technological achievements, and making scientific and technological progress. However, the construction and development of innovative R&D institutes still lack systematic and specific guidance. Therefore, from the perspective of close cooperation, this paper aims to explore the construction and development pattern of innovative R&D institutes co-established by institution and government by taking Huazhong University of Science and Technology-Wuxi Research Institute as an example. Such pattern as “technology-driven institute” closes the gap between universities’ technological achievements and industrialization and realizes the transformation from scientific research progress to industrial support, thus providing a reference for the construction and development of other innovative R&D institutes.
