在建设创新型国家和知识经济的背景下,高水平的科研项目需要更多不同学科的人才进行团队合作,迫切需要对高校科研团队创造力的评价指标体系的合理性进行深入研究,我国学者对此展开了大量理论和经验的探讨,但目前学术界对高校科研团队创造力评价指标体系的维度结构的探讨仍很匮乏,缺少实证研究。在现有研究高校科研团队创造力评价指标体系的基础上,编制调查问卷,利用所搜集的数据分别进行探索性和验证性因素分析。结果表明,高校科研团队创造力评价指标体系由4个一级指标,11个二级指标,36个三级指标构成。同时,在相关研究和量表提炼技术的基础上,开发出一套维度合理的高校科研团队创造力评价指标体系测量量表,既丰富了高校科研团队及相关管理部门提供理论届提供可操作化的基础,也为高校评价和提高高校科研团队创造力提供理论依据与指导意见。

Under the background of constructing an innovative country and a knowledge-based economy, it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the rationality of the evaluation index system for the creativity of scientific research teams in universities. Chinese scholars have conducted a lot of theoretical and empirical discussions on this, but the current academic community, there is still a lack of research on the dimensionality structure of the evaluation index system for the creativity of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, which lacks empirical research. Based on the existing research, this paper prepares a questionnaire and uses the data collected to conduct exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the evaluation index system for creativity of scientific research teams in universities consists of four first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators, and 36 third-level indicators. At the same time, on the basis of related research and scale extraction technologies develop a set of reliable and effective college scientific research team"s creativity evaluation index system measurement scale that provide operational basis for the theoretical circles. It also provides a theoretical basis and guidance for universities to evaluate and improve the creativity of research teams in universities.
