金融集聚对科技创新有重要影响。文章基于湖北省2007—2016年17个地市州的面板数据分析发现,整体上金融集聚对科技创新呈正向促进作用,但区域差异显著,鄂西生态文化旅游圈、省域副中心城市的促进效应都低于武汉城市圈。进一步建立门限模型检验发现,金融集聚低于0.614的区域对科技创新的影响有逆向挤出效应,而金融集聚高于0.614的区域有正向促进效应。因此,本文建议根据门限的值域,实施动态的金融配置政策,加强门限值域附近城市的金融支持力度,可加大金融集聚促进科技创新的效应。

Financial agglomeration has an important impact on technology innovation. By using the panel data of 17 cities in Hubei among 2007-2016, the result shows that financial agglomeration can promote technology innovation on the whole, but there is significant regional difference. The promotion effect of western Hubei eco-culture tourism area and provincial sub-central cities is lower than that of Wuhan metropolitan area. By establishing and estimating panel threshold regression model, this paper finds that when financial agglomeration is lower than 0.614, it has a negative relationship with technology innovation in these areas. When financial agglomeration is higher than 0.614, there is a positive relationship with technology innovation. The policy proposal is to implement dynamic financial allocation policy according to the range of threshold and strengthen the financial support of cities near the range of threshold, which can increase the effect of financial agglomeration to promote technology innovation.
