Abstract:The coupling mechanism between the national science and technology input system is the basis of promoting the coordinated development of regional economy under the background of innovation driven by the study of high-tech industry. As two interrelated systems, what is the level of coupling coordination between high-tech industry and national science and technology input? By means of principal component analysis combined with other correlative coordination models (general coupling coordination model, entropy equation method, grey correlation), this paper probes into the present situation of high-tech industry and national science and technology investment system from 2008 to 2016. The speed of development is inherently coupled and coordinated. The results show that: in terms of the development score of two systems, two sub-systems developed from moderate maladjustment in 2008 to barely coordinated in 2016. In terms of the speed of development of the two systems, the growth rate of national science and technology investment lagged behind the pace of development of high-tech industry.
