众创空间的兴起促进了社会创新创业，行业龙头企业主导的众创空间的作用尤甚，但现有研究尚未揭示这类众创空间保持强劲活力的内在机理。选取腾讯众创空间，对核心企业主导型众创空间的构成、运行机制与策略进行分析。研究发现：核心企业主导型众创空间是核心企业依托自身产业资源，连接其他创业资源主体共同构筑的一体化、全要素创业生态系统；核心企业通过资源汇聚与整合机制、价值共创机制和生态系统代谢机制,实现众创空间的有效运行和持续发展；专业化众创空间是未来的重要发展方向。

The rise of the group innovation space has promoted socialized innovation and entrepreneurship, especially dominated by industry leaders, but the existing research has not yet revealed the internal mechanism of this kind of space to maintain strong vitality. By choosing Tencent's Space of Group Innovation to make an analysis of the composition, operation mechanism and strategy of the core enterprise's leading group innovation space. The study found that the core enterprise-oriented group innovation space is an integrated and all-factor entrepreneurship ecosystem that the core enterprise build together by relying on it’s own industrial resources and connecting with other entrepreneurial resource subjects. Core enterprises realize effective operation and sustainable development of crowd innovation space through resource convergence and integration mechanism, value co-creation mechanism and ecosystem metabolism mechanism. Professional mass innovation space is an important development direction at present and in the future.
