各国逐渐加大对大科学装置的投资,然而大科学装置投资金额巨大、关联产业众多,如何进行大科学装置关联产业筛选对于当地政府和国家的资金投资方向、大科学装置的规划建设和产业化成功具有重要意义。本文在李嘉图比较优势理论、赫克歇尔-俄林的要素禀赋差异理论,筱原三代平的主导产业理论和罗斯托的主导产业理论的基础上,结合大科学装置自身特点,提出了以产业升级潜力、地域发展能力和技术支持能力三大维度为基础的大科学装置关联产业筛选模型。通过建立三维度指标体系对产业发展定位进行判断。随后,以位于东莞的中国散裂中子源为例,运用模型筛选出适合东莞市与散裂中子源发展的主导产业与行业,为东莞市后续资金投向与产业化规划提供了借鉴意义,表明本文的三维度评价体系是合理的、有效的。

With the increasing investment on Large-scale Scientific Facilities in many countries, related industries selecting plays a key role on investment direction, planning and construction and industrialization of Large-scale Scientific Facilities. Relying on industry selection model, this paper constructs three-dimensions (Industry Upgrading Capability, Regional Development Capability and Technical Support Capability) related industries selecting model, combining with the features of Large-scale Scientific Facilities. The model contains both qualitative and quantitative indexes and use expert investigation method. Then decide which industries is priority according to the score of industries calculated by weighted average method. Finally, take Chinese Spallation Neutron Source which lies in Dongguan as an example, select suitable industries for Dongguan by model proposed in this paper and give Dongguan government useful suggestions on investment direction and industrialization construction.
