数字环境下企业项目管理效率提升机理研究

Research on the Relationship between Financial Data Sharing Financing Leadership and Financing efficiency of SMEs under Digital Environment

摘要:

过去三十年,完善项目管理成熟度是企业提升项目管理水平的重要路径,但是,在信息技术快速迭代和数字制度环境的今天,项目管理成熟度与企业项目管理效率之间的关联程度越来越弱。基于这一现象,本文首先剖析项目管理成熟度与项目管理效率的内容构成及其演化情况；其次,针对企业为应对信息技术的发展和数字制度环境的形成而采取的应对措施,提出企业项目信息共享能力这一概念,并分析其构成、内涵和价值；最后,采用实证研究方法,剖析项目管理成熟度、企业项目信息共享能力和企业项目管理效率之间的逻辑关系,并构建三者之间的概念模型,进而探究数字环境情境下企业项目管理效率提升的机理。研究结果丰富了数字环境下的项目管理理论,对提升企业工程和创新等形式的项目管理效率具有现实意义。

Abstract:

In the past 30 years, improving the maturity of project management is an important way for enterprises to improve the level of project management, However, in today"s rapid iteration of information technology and digital institutional environment, the relationship between the project management maturity and the enterprise project management efficiency is becoming weaker and weaker. Based on this phenomenon, this paper first analyzes the content composition and evolution of project management maturity and project management efficiency. Secondly, in view of the measures taken by enterprises to cope with the development of information technology and the formation of digital institutional environment, this paper puts forward the concept of enterprise project management information sharing capability, and analyzes its composition, connotation and value. Finally, this paper analyzes the logical relationship among project management maturity, project information sharing capability and project management efficiency, and constructs a conceptual model among them, and then explores the mechanism of improving project management efficiency in the context of digital environment. The research results enrich the project management theory under the digital environment, and have practical significance to enhance the efficiency of project management in the form of enterprise engineering and innovation project.
