知识经济时代,隐性知识作为知识型员工进行创新的主要源动力,实现隐性知识的外化,也即是使隐性知识编码化、文档化,是企业进行专利权申报、获得专利权的前提,也是提高企业核心竞争力的关键。以技术专利化为研究视角,通过构建隐性知识外化过程中的博弈模型,得出企业对高、低位势隐性知识主体的激励力度以及知识主体完成某项创新成果的概率等都是影响企业技术专利化的因素,进而提出,加强对高位势隐性知识主体的激励力度、提高对低位势隐性知识主体激励的重视程度以及实施产权化策略等对策建议。

In the era of knowledge economy, tacit knowledge is the main source of innovation for knowledge-based employees. To realize the externalization of tacit knowledge is to encode and document tacit knowledge, which is the premise for enterprises to declare patent rights and obtain patent rights, and also the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. By constructing the game model of tacit knowledge outsourcing process, It is concluded that the incentive strength of enterprises to the recessive knowledge subject of high and low potential and the probability of the knowledge subject completing a certain innovation result are the factors that affect the patentability of enterprise technology, and then put forward. Therefore, some countermeasures are proposed, such as strengthening the motivation of the high potential tacit knowledge, increasing the emphasis on the motivation of the low potential tacit knowledge, and implementing the strategy of property rights.
