福建省创新型城市建设综合评价——基于AHP-熵权的灰色关联分析

Comprehensive Evaluation on Innovation-oriented City Construction in Fujian Province Based on Gray Correlation Analysis of AHP-Entropy

摘要:

通过对福建省创新型城市建设情况的综合评价,以期为全国创新型省份建设的监测提供借鉴。以建立的福建省创新型城市建设综合评价指标体系为基础(5个一级指标和84个二级指标),采用AHP和熵权法的组合赋权确定指标权重,再利用灰色关联模型分析了福建省9地市创新型城市建设综合情况。综合赋权结果表明企业创新、创新投入、创新产出是创新型城市建设的关键准则层。福建省9地市创新型城市建设综合情况可以分为3个梯队,其中第一梯队是厦门市,第二梯队是福州市、泉州市,第三梯队是龙岩市、漳州市、三明市、莆田市、南平市、宁德市。最后归纳了福建省创新型城市建设过程中存在的3个问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract:

Through the comprehensive evaluation on innovation-oriented city construction in Fujian province, the paper provides references for the monitoring of innovation-oriented province construction in China. Based on comprehensive evaluation index system of innovation-oriented city construction in Fujian province (5 first-level indicators and 84 second-level indicators), the paper combines AHP and entropy method to determine the index weight, then uses grey relational model to analyze construction situations of innovation-oriented city in 9 cities of Fujian. The result shows that enterprise innovation, innovation input and innovation output are the key criteria of innovation-oriented city construction. The innovation-oriented city construction situation of Fujian can be divided into 3 echelons, the first echelon includes Xiamen, the second echelon includes Fuzhou and Quanzhou city, and the third echelon includes Longyan, Zhangzhou, Sanming, Putian, Nanping and Ningde. Finally, the paper summarizes three main problems in the process of constructing innovative cities in Fujian, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
