对我国动力电池产业政策信息进行了收集和整理,并按时间分阶段分析了近年来动力电池产业政策颁布的特征和内在逻辑。从产业链上中下游的角度分析了产业政策对动力电池产业的影响,以明晰动力电池产业的发展现状和发展趋势。采用波特五力模型,分析了当前动力电池产业所面临的产业环境。最后,结合所分析的动力电池产业环境、发展现状和发展趋势,针对性地提出了建议,可以为未来动力电池产业政策体系的建设和动力电池企业的发展提供参考。

Abstract:

The policy information of power battery industry in China was collected and sorted out, and the characteristics and internal logic of power battery industry policy promulgated in recent years were analyzed in stages according to time. In order to clarify the development status and trend of power battery industry, the influence of industrial policy on power battery industry is analyzed from the perspective of upstream, middle and downstream of industry chain. The Porter"s Five Forces Model is adopted to analyze the current industrial environment faced by the power battery industry. Finally, combined with the analysis of the power battery industry environment, development status and development trend, put forward suggestions for the future power battery industry policy system construction and power battery enterprise development.
