老年人口流动对福祉技术创新需求的分析

Analysis on the Demand of Welfare Flow in the Elderly Population

摘要:

流动老年人的比例呈现逐年增长趋势,不仅带来一系列社会问题,也对福祉技术提出了新的需求。以全国流动人口抽样调查数据为数据源,细粒度的分析了我国流动老年人面临的社会问题。研究发现：老年人口流动加重了异地医疗的需求,且对于流动老年人的疾病诊断和居家照料都提出了严峻挑战。针对以上流动老年人口面临问题,本文基于福祉技术创新解决问题的思路,并在政府、企业、高校等层面提出了策略性建议,促进福祉技术的快速发展,缓解老年人口流动带来的医疗和护理压力。

Abstract:

According to the sixth national census, the proportion of migrant elderly people is increasing year by year. The movement of the elderly population not only brings a series of social problems, but also puts new demands on the well-being technology. The use of floating population sampling survey data found that the elderly population increased the demand for off-site medical care, but also on the timely diagnosis of old age and home care have posed a serious challenge. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the well-being technology innovation. To promote the rapid development of well-being technology, can better meet the increase in the elderly population, ease the elderly population movement brought about by the medical and nursing pressure.
