基于精益管理的装配式建筑智慧化管理体系研究

摘要:

通过分析装配式建筑管理的现状，发现我国装配式建筑管理中存在着缺乏标准化管理、成本偏高、技术滞后、缺乏专业人才等不足。为解决这些不足，将精益管理思想运用于装配式建筑管理的整个生命周期中，并利用标准化管理规范流程，进而优化和规范装配式建筑管理；然后，将精益管理与智慧化管理融合，提出了构建基于精益管理的装配式建筑智慧化管理体系，该框架体系从用户层、应用层、智慧化管理平台、数据层四个方面实现管理功能与应用价值。

Abstract:

By analyzing the status quo of prefabricated building management, it is found that there is a lack of standardization management, high cost, technical lag, and lack of professional talents in China's prefabricated building management. In order to solve these shortcomings, the lean management idea is applied to the entire life cycle of the prefabricated building management, and the standardized management standard process is used to optimize and standardize the prefabricated building management. Then, the lean management and the intelligent management are integrated. The intelligent management system of assembly-based building based on lean management is constructed. The framework system realizes management functions and application values from four aspects: user layer, application layer, intelligent management platform and data layer.
