高校科技决策智库发展特点及国内外经验研究

高校科技决策智库是中国特色新型智库的重要组成部分,国际上许多知名科技决策智库都隶属高校。目前针对高校科技决策智库的研究较少,本文研究高校科技决策智库的内涵、特点及影响其发展的因素,分析美国、英国、德国等发达国家高校科技决策智库建设经验,分析总结我国高校科技决策智库发展现状及存在问题,提出加快我国高校科技决策智库发展的对策建议。

Abstract:

Scientific and technological decision-making think tanks in Colleges and universities are an important part of a new type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. Many well-known international scientific and technological decision-making think tanks are affiliated to universities. At present, there are few researches on the University Science and technology decision-making think tanks. This paper studies the connotation, characteristics and influencing factors of the University Science and technology decision-making think tanks. We analyzes the experience of the construction of scientific and technological decision-making think tanks in Universities in developed countries such as the United States, Britain and Germany, and summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the development of scientific and technological decision-making think tanks in Universities in China. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the development of science and technology decision think tanks in Chinese universities are put forward.
