Abstract:The major scientific and technological innovation platform is an effective carrier for activating innovation resources, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and realizing innovation drive. The evaluation of platform development maturity can find the problems in platform construction and management. On the other hand, it provides basis for the government to timely understand the development status of the platform and formulate policies to promote the development of the platform. Through literature analysis, research and expert meetings, the initial evaluation index system of platform development maturity is obtained, and the final evaluation index system is obtained after the decision-making method of fuzzy preference relation group is selected. The network analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is used to establish the index weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model. Finally,combined with the example to carry on the appraisal analysis.
