行业视角下我国中小型制造企业自主创新动力差异性与提升策略研究

Research on the difference and promotion strategy of independent innovation power of China"s SMMEs from the perspective of industry

摘要:

落实好创新驱动发展战略,建成创新型国家,必须加快推动铺天盖地的中小型制造企业在自主创新上动起来。通过建立中小型制造企业自主创新动力水平测量指标体系,采用矩阵型灰色聚类方法对我国30个行业进行了评估。结果表明行业视角下我国中小型制造企业自主创新动力水平划分成“行为活跃度高-成果丰富高”、“行为活跃度中-成果丰富中”、“行为活跃度中-成果丰富低”、“行为活跃低-成果丰富中”“行为活跃度低-成果丰富度低”5个类型,且整体处于偏低水平。在充分把握我国中小型制造企业自主创新动力水平整体状况和行业分布差异性基础上,提出了政府在激发中小型制造企业自主创新动力方面的对策建议。

Abstract:

If we should implement the strategy of innovation driven development and build an innovative country, we must speed up the promotion of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the field of independent innovation. By establishing the index system for measuring the dynamic level of independent innovation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, 30 industries in China was evaluated using matrix type grey clustering method. The results show that from an industry perspective independent innovation dynamic performance of China"s SMMEs Are divided into 5 types based on the evaluations, which are “High Behavioral Activity-High Achievement Richness”, “Medium Behavioral Activity-Medium Achievement Richness”, “Medium Behavioral Activity-Low Achievement Richness”, “Low Behavioral Activity-Medium Achievement Richness", and “Low Behavioral Activity-Low Achievement Richness". And the overall level is at a low level. On the basis of fully grasping the overall situation of independent innovation power level of China"s small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and the differences of industrial distribution, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the government to stimulate the independent innovation power of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
