农业技术社会化服务与农户技术信息来源———基于7省2293个农户的调查

Socialized Agricultural Technological Service and Farm Households’ Technological Information Source: Based on a survey of 2293 farm households in seven provinces

农业社会化服务体系已初具规模并日益发挥重要作用。基于7省2293个农户的调查,研究了不同社会化服务组织向农民提供的农业技术服务,并以化肥、农药为例,分析了农户的技术信息来源。结果发现,农业社会化服务体系给农民提供了大量技术培训,但政府农技部门主导农业技术服务的局面仍未改变。不同类型服务组织在向农民提供技术服务时存在分工。除了自己经验是农民首要技术来源外,农资经销店与企业超过政府农技部门成为农民施肥和病虫害防治技术的重要来源而生产大户、农民合作组织以及网络新媒体等在农技推广方面的作用仍然十分有限。

Abstract:

The socialized agricultural service system has taken shape and been playing important role. Based on a survey dataset covering 2293 farm households in seven provinces, this study analyzes agricultural technological service provided by different socialized agricultural service organizations, and farm households’ technological information source in the case of fertilizer and pesticide use. The results show the socialized agricultural service system provides a larger number of technological trainings to farmers. However, the dominant role of the government agricultural extension system remains unchanged. Different socialized agricultural service organizations have a division of labor in technological service. Except for farmers’ self-experience, the retailers and enterprises of means of agricultural production have overtaken the governmental agricultural extension institutes as farmers’ important source of fertilizer use and pest management. The contribution of large-scale households, agricultural cooperatives and network media to agricultural extension is extremely limited.
