龙头企业开放式创新平台运行机制研究

Research on the Operation Mechanism of Leading Enterprises Open Innovation Platform

“互联网+”背景下，龙头企业利用开放式创新平台这一新型创新组织模式进行高效的持续创新，日益受到重视。文章以国内外3类开放式创新平台（非定向研发协作模式、定向研发协作模式以及孵化运营模式）为研究对象，在开放式创新等相关理论的基础上，对三者运作模式和共性问题进行分析研究，并从中梳理出龙头企业开放式创新平台运行机理和动力模型；同时，基于案例和运行模型分析，提出若干建议，以期为国内其他企业利用开放式创新平台进行创新活动，以及政府完善创新创业政策提供一些启示。

Abstract:

Under the background of "Internet Plus", leading enterprises use the open innovation platform, a new type of innovative organization form, to carry out efficient and continuous innovation, which draws more and more attention. On the basis of the open innovation and other related theories, this paper takes three kinds of open innovation platforms (Non-directional research & development cooperation model, Directional research & development cooperation model, and incubation operation model) as the research object, analyzing and studying the operation modes and common problems of the three platforms. Also, the paper combs out the operation mechanism and dynamic model of the open innovation platform. At the same time, based on the case study and operation mode analysis, some suggestions are put forward with a view to providing some enlightenment for other domestic enterprises to make use of open innovation platform to carry out innovative activities, and for the government to improve the policy of innovation and entrepreneurship.
