互联网推动的技术变革正对全球研发活动组织方式产生重大影响，企业创新研发活动的环节和流程已发生明显改变。本文对“互联网+知识管理”模式进行研究，阐明这是一种以网络化、信息化为主要特征，能够通过互联网的内在机制促进知识的更新、吸收和转化，并能提升企业创新绩效的新模式。文章首先从相关理论综述分析出发，重点梳理新兴业态下“互联网+知识管理”模式对创新研发活动的影响路径和机制，由此得到该模式的内部机理，并从政府引导和鼓励企业创新的角度给出若干对策建议。

Abstract:

The Internet driven technological change has made a significant impact on the organization and the pattern of R&D activities in global area, as well as the R&D process and system of many enterprises. Characterized by networking and information, "Internet + knowledge management" can boost the renewal, absorption and transformation of knowledge via the internal mechanism of the Internet to create more innovative value for enterprises. Starting from the analysis of relevant reviews, the thesis focuses on the ways and mechanisms of Internet technology's impact on R&D activities under a number of new business forms to conclude the "Internet + knowledge management" mode, so as to give some countermeasures and suggestions to guide and encourage enterprises innovation from the perspective of government.
