On Innovation of Guangdong-Kashgar united Natural Science Found

摘要:

联合基金作为自然科学基金中的一种区域合作项目，通过鼓励不同区域的科研人员开展合作研究实现协同创新，研究成果质量较高，近年来受到国家和地方基础研究管理领域的重视。前期广东科技援疆在经费投入、人才帮扶和援建平台等领域做了大量工作，也取得了一些成绩，本文以联合基金项目模式创新的视角，深入剖析新疆喀什地区基础研究问题，结合广东科技创新优势，从必要性、可行性等方面，提出一些与以往联合基金合作方式不同的管理模式和合作建议，开拓广东科技援疆工作新领域，深入促进新疆喀什地区创新发展。

Abstract:

As a regional joint project of Nature Science Foundation, Union foundation have been attached more attention of goverment, which has high quality research by incite people cooperate from various area to realize Collaborative Innovation. Guangdong have surport Xinjiang on funds, personnal trainning and resource for a long period, which make great progress on Xinjiang area. Analysis on the innovation of united found, and the fundamental research deficiency of Kashgar, promote the new advertisement on cooperation and management different from others, which research on the necessity, feasibility and characteristic model, to promote the innovated development of fundamental research of Kashgar.
