Abstract:Based on the input-output perspective, the evaluation model and index system of the coupling coordination degree between technology innovation and standardization are constructed. After the evaluation of the coupling coordination degree between technological innovation and standardization in seven subdivided manufacturing industries from 2000 to 2016, it is found that the chemical and medical equipment industry has reached the intermediate level of coordination, while the textile, pharmaceutical, aerospace, electronic communications and computer industries are still at a low level of primary coordination. The empirical results of the variable coefficient panel data model show that the technological innovation achievements and the standardization process have promoted the degree of synergies among the seven industries, while the scale of foreign trade and the scale of foreign capital utilization have only significantly contributed to the degree of synergy between textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, and chemical, medical equipment respectively, but the role of government support is not significant.
