创新协同视角下特色小镇竞争力提升机理与对策研究

Research on the Promotion Mechanism and Countermeasures of the Competitiveness of Characteristic Towns from the Perspective of Innovation Synergy

摘要:

竞争力是特色小镇实现可持续发展的重要保证，从创新协同视角研究技术与制度创新如何提升特色小镇竞争力具有现实意义。在明确技术与制度协同创新对特色小镇发展的推动作用的前提下，解析特色小镇竞争力演化的实质，探究特色小镇竞争力提升的作用机理，据此提出特色小镇竞争力提升的相关对策。研究表明，技术创新和制度创新是特色小镇竞争力提升的重要驱动力量，它们通过协同作用，促使特色小镇产业、文化、生态三大竞争力发生演化并产生生命周期下的差异，要在增强创新驱动的基础上推动三大竞争力各自提升并相互促进，最终实现特色小镇整体竞争力的提升。

Abstract:

Competitiveness is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of characteristic towns. It is of practical significance to study how technological and institutional innovations enhance the competitiveness of characteristic towns from the perspective of innovation synergy. On the premise of clarifying the role of innovation synergy on promoting the development of characteristic towns, the self-organization characteristics of the characteristic town system is analyzed and the essence of the competitive evolution of characteristic towns is revealed. Then, the functional mechanism of enhancing competitive power of characteristic towns is explored, based on which, the relevant countermeasures for the improvement of the competitiveness of characteristic towns are proposed. It is showed that technological innovation and institutional innovation are the great driving forces for the improvement of the competitiveness of characteristic towns. They cooperate with each other to promote the industrial, cultural and ecological competitiveness of characteristic towns to evolve and make a difference over the life cycle. The three competitivenesses must be pushed to ascend and promote each other on the basis of enhancing innovation drive. Then, the overall competitiveness of the featured town will be improved as a result.
