    运用中国1997-2016年的省际面板数据对绿色创新和绿色发展水平进行综合评价,基于耦合协调模型对二者协同的时空演变趋势进行了考察,进而运用PVAR模型对其互动关系进行实证分析。结果显示:区域绿色创新与绿色发展的耦合度呈上升趋势,但协调度总体偏低,出现以濒临失调为中心、向良好协调与中度失调两边扩散的态势。就二者的动态关系来说,经济发达地区的绿色发展对其绿色创新冲击的响应更大,经济次发达地区的绿色发展对其绿色创新形成了正向冲击,而经济欠发达地区二者的相互作用关系却不是很显著。

    Abstract:

    Build an evaluation index system of green innovation and green development, and China's 1997-2016 provincial panel data was used to comprehensively evaluate the level of green innovation and green development, and then based on the coupled-coordinated model, the coordinated spatial and temporal evolution of the two were conducted. In the meantime, the PVAR model was used to empirically analyze its interaction relationship. The results show that the degree of coupling between regional green innovation and green development is on the rise, but the overall coordination degree in the country is generally low and there has been a situation that is centered on impending misalignment and spreading to both sides of good coordination and moderate misalignment. For the dynamic relationship between the two, the green development in economically developed regions responds more to the impact of green innovation, and the green development in the economically sub-developed regions has a positive impact on their green innovation, while the interaction between green innovation and green development in underdeveloped regions is not significant.
