Abstract:In order to improve the status quo of knowledge sharing between large and complex engineering projects, this paper proposes the concept and connotation of reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship based on the research of the role of reciprocity in knowledge sharing, and comprehensively analyzes it from the perspective of project. At the same time, taking an actual project as an example, using the social network analysis method, constructing a reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship network model, and quantitatively analyzing the model through the overall network density, network centrality and cohesion subgroups. The research results show that the knowledge sharing relationship between organizations has not really attracted the attention of managers. The current network density is low and the cohesiveness is not strong. The knowledge sharing relationship is not obvious for the purpose of mutual benefit; the construction unit, government department and general contractor are at The core position of the network is the coordinator and advocate of the reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship between organizations; there are small group organizations centered on core stakeholders.
