为改善大型复杂工程项目组织间知识共享关系现状,本文在研究互惠对知识共享关系作用的基础上,提出互惠型知识共享关系的概念及内涵,并从项目的角度对其进行全面分析。同时,以1个实际工程为例,运用社会网络分析方法,构建互惠型知识共享关系网络模型,通过整体网密度、网络中心性和凝聚子群等衡量指标对模型进行量化分析。研究结果表明:组织间知识共享关系还未真正引起管理者重视,当前关系网络密度较低,凝聚力不强,基于互惠互利为目的知识共享关系合作不明显;建设单位、政府部门和总承包商处于网络核心位置,是组织间互惠型知识共享关系的协调人和拥护者;组织间存在以核心利益相关方为中心的小团体组织。

In order to improve the status quo of knowledge sharing between large and complex engineering projects, this paper proposes the concept and connotation of reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship based on the research of the role of reciprocity in knowledge sharing, and comprehensively analyzes it from the perspective of project. At the same time, taking an actual project as an example, using the social network analysis method, constructing a reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship network model, and quantitatively analyzing the model through the overall network density, network centrality and cohesion subgroups. The research results show that the knowledge sharing relationship between organizations has not really attracted the attention of managers. The current network density is low and the cohesiveness is not strong. The knowledge sharing relationship is not obvious for the purpose of mutual benefit; the construction unit, government department and general contractor are at The core position of the network is the coordinator and advocate of the reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship between organizations; there are small group organizations centered on core stakeholders.
