科技服务业是现代生产性服务业中的重要产业之一。在“互联网+”背景下，科技服务业成为促进京津冀协同发展的重要产业之一，推动着经济转型升级。文章以京津冀科技服务业发展为例，分析了京津冀当前科技服务业发展现状和存在的问题，探究了“互联网+”背景下京津冀发展科技服务业助推经济转型升级的路径，以期为科技服务业发展和经济转型升级提供参考。

Abstract:

Science and technology service industry is one of the important industries in modern productive service industry.Under the background of "Internet plus", science and technology service industry has become one of the important industries that promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and promotes economic transformation and upgrading.Taking the development of science and technology service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an example, this paper analyzes the current development status and existing problems of science and technology service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as well as explores the ways for the development of science and technology service industry in Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei to promote economic transformation and upgrading under the background of "Internet +", so as to provide reference for the development of science and technology service industry and economic transformation and upgrading.
