知识转移视角下企业联盟管理能力对创新绩效的影响研究

The Impact of Alliance Management Capability on Innovation Performance from the Perspective of the Knowledge Transfer

联盟管理能力作为企业一种重要的组织能力，对企业创新绩效的提升有着显著的影响，但具体的影响机理有待进一步研究。基于资源基础观、组织学习理论，提出并验证知识转移在联盟管理能力与创新绩效关系间的中介作用，从而阐释联盟管理能力对创新绩效的作用机理。通过对国内164家企业进行问卷调查以及数据分析，研究发现：联盟管理能力中的协调能力、沟通能力和关系能力均有利于提升创新绩效；知识转移在关系能力对创新绩效的正向影响中起完全中介作用，而在协调能力和沟通能力对创新绩效的正向影响中起部分中介作用。

Abstract:

As an important organizational capability of the enterprise, alliance management capability has a significant impact on the innovation performance, but the specific impact mechanism needs further study. Based on the Resource-Based View and the theory of organizational learning, proposed and tested the mediating role of knowledge transfer in the relationship between alliance management ability and innovation performance, explaining the mechanism of alliance management ability on innovation performance. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis of 164 domestic companies, the research shows: coordination ability, communication ability, and relationship ability have a positive impact on innovation performance; knowledge transfer plays a full mediating role in the impact of relationship ability on innovation performance, and part mediating role in the impact of coordination ability and relationship ability on innovation performance.
