基于专利分析的陕西省高校科研创新能力提升策略探索

Research on the Promotions Strategies for Improving the Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability of Universities in Shaanxi based on Patent Analysis

摘要:

高校是科技创新的动力源泉,其专利状态被视为反映高校创新能力的重要标志。文章利用SOOIP专利检索平台,以2000-2017年陕西省高校专利信息为依据,综合采用计量分析法、聚类分析法、对比分析法等科学方法,分别从总体申请趋势、类型入手,重点对专利生命周期、专利技术领域、运营状态和专利强度等领域进行检索分析。研究表明,陕西省高校的科技创新能力平均水平较高、成果持续性好、重点学科特色明显,但同时也存在陕西省高校技术创新能力和所属学科分布不均、技术利用及转化率较低和高价值专利缺少等实际问题。最后,文章对提升陕西高校科研创新能力提出了参考性建议。

Abstract:

Colleges and universities are the power source of scientific and technological innovation, and their patent status is regarded as an important symbol reflecting the innovation ability of colleges and universities. Based on the patent information of universities in Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2017, using SOOIP patent retrieval platform, this paper synthetically adopts the scientific methods of econometric analysis, clustering analysis and comparative analysis, starting with the general application trend and types, focusing on the patent life cycle, patent technology field, operation status and patent intensity, etc. The research shows that the average level of scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in Shaanxi Province is high, the results are good and the characteristics of key disciplines are obvious, but there are also some practical problems such as the uneven distribution of technological innovation ability of universities in Shaanxi Province, the low utilization and conversion rate of technology and the lack of high-value patents. Finally, the article puts forward some referential suggestions to enhance the scientific and technological innovation ability of Shaanxi universities.
