摘要:

基于军民融合与物流相关理论,界定了军民融合物流体系的概念,分析了军民融合物流体系建设的基本原则,研究了军民融合物流体系的组成,包含军民融合物流法律法规体系、运行机制体系、信息共享体系、物流标准体系、组织管理体系、物资储备体系、物资运输体系、协同创新体系和人才培养体系,并对这9个子体系进行了详细分析,最后探讨了建设军民融合物流体系的核心、基础和重点,为建设军民融合物流体系提供相应的实践指导。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of civil-military integration and logistics, the concept of civil-military integration logistics system is defined, and the basic principles of the construction of the civil-military integration logistics system are analyzed. The composition of the civil-military integration logistics system is studied, including the civil-military integration logistics law and regulation system, operation mechanism system, information sharing system, logistics standard system, organization management system, material reserve system, material transportation system, collaborative innovation system and talent training system, and 9 sub-systems were analyzed in detail. Finally, it discusses the core, foundation and key points of building a civil-military integration logistics system, and provides corresponding practice guidance for building a civil-military integration logistics system.
