中国科技创新现状及面临的问题研究

摘要:

梳理总结近年来中国科技创新发展所呈现的特点,中国科技创新投入的稳步提升,推动了科技创新产出的不断提高,科技对经济社会发展的支撑和引领作用日益显现；重点分析科技创新发展过程中存在的不平衡、不充分问题,科技创新资金存量与投入强度仍有待提升,科技创新产出质量与效率有待提高,科技创新要素配置结构有待优化,科技创新对外开放程度有待加强,科技对社会发展的全面支撑能力还需进一步提升；在此基础上,结合国际先进经验,为我国科技创新发展提出相应的政策建议。

Combining and summarizing the characteristics of China"s scientific and technological innovation development in recent years. The steady increase of China"s scientific and technological innovation investment has promoted the continuous improvement of scientific and technological innovation output, and the leading role of science and technology in economic and social development has become increasingly apparent. Analyzing the imbalances and inadequate problems in the process of scientific and technological innovation development. The stock and investment intensity of science and technology innovation funds still need to be improved. The quality and efficiency of science and technology innovation output needs to be improved. The structure of science and technology innovation elements needs to be optimized. The degree of opening up of science and technology innovation needs to be strengthened. The overall support capacity of science and technology needs to be further improved for society development. Combined with international advanced experience, it proposes corresponding policy recommendations for the development of China"s science and technology innovation.
